While driving cross country on our Americana Food Tour, we discovered these beautiful, meaty beef ribs at Mr. Spriggs BBQ. With enough meat on the bone to qualify as mini-steaks, these juicy proteins fell apart in all the right ways. Smokey, greasy, and moist – what more could you ask for?
Pictured below are the ribs of my dreams. From now on, I'll compare each beef rib to the ones I devoured at Mr. Spriggs BBQ.
