Most Memorable Mini Me (Cake)

I'm typically not a "sweet lover." But, former Restaurant Daniel Pastry Chef Dominique Ansel always makes me eat my words (pun intended). My favorite concoction of his, is the Mini Me cake. Thin slices of moist chocolate cake layered between chocolate mousse and topped with meringue "kisses." Whenever I crave something chocolaty, this is what I dream of... bites of the most perfect GLUTEN-FREE cake I've ever tasted. If you're in SoHo, make sure you visit this patisserie oasis. The meringue kisses add just the slightest crunch before dissolving into layers of sweet chocolate.
