Bar Artisanal is housed in a pleasant space in the bustling downtown Tribeca-area. The black-and-white stripes that criss-cross on the ceiling are a definite ode to the Eiffel Tower. Although the dining room acoustics made the table conversation somewhat strained at times, the simple, yet executed food surly made up for the restaurant's other short-comings.
